Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Accessories such as earrings for hygiene reasons

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
